PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

DuskNest is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@dusknest.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
